Billing:

Memberships are billed on individual’s chosen billing date, and every 4 weeks thereafter.

Automatic Renewal:

Once your membership agreement term has expired you will be automatically renewed under the initial terms of your membership for a consecutive term until membership cancellation is requested.

Cancellation Policy:

Written notice must be submitted 4 weeks before the next billing cycle to cancel or terminate a membership. Late notices will result in continued billing until cancellation terms are met. We do not accept verbal cancellations. To cancel your membership in writing please fill out the cancel membership form on website.

No Refunds:

Once registration has been submitted or payment has been received there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Changes in membership:

$50 to stop membership (per member).

$30 to put membership on hold, with access to Wodify and programming. This is billed every 4 weeks until your return.

DCF reserves the right to make any and all changes to the terms and conditions. DCF endeavors to remove errors in our website when found. DCF reserves the right to make any and all changes to class times, schedules and locations without any notice.
